Launching Kauzio — the Decision Operating System
After a year of building, three products are live. Pulse for business, Halo for life, Lumi for builders. Here is the thinking behind the platform underneath.

Today, Kauzio is live.
Three products on one platform. Pulse for businesses. Halo for individuals. Lumi for developers. One decision loop running underneath all three.
We did not build another dashboard. The world has enough of those. Dashboards tell you what already happened. The thing that is still rare, and still worth building, is software that sits with you in the moment the decision is being made.
Why now
For the last fifteen years, the playbook for any operator has been the same. Capture more data, surface it on a dashboard, hire a small army to interpret it. Charts everywhere. Decisions still made by a person staring at one of those charts, going on a hunch, and hoping for the best.
That model breaks twice. It breaks at the small end, where the operator does not have time to read the charts. And it breaks at the top end, where the volume of decisions has outgrown the number of senior people available to think hard about each one.
What both ends need is the same thing. Not more dashboards. A layer that argues with you about the specific call you are about to make, before you commit to it.
What we built
Three products that share the same engine and the same loop.
Pulse is for businesses. Founders, operators, retail owners, leadership teams. The decisions that shape a company. Hiring, pricing, partnerships, supplier choices, M&A, layoffs.
Halo is for individuals. The job. The move. The relationship. The leap. The decisions you remember.
Lumi is for developers. One REST endpoint. Plain JSON in. Signed verdict out. Anyone shipping software can give their product a decision layer.
What sits underneath
One decision loop with seven stages. Six AI engines arguing in parallel. Fourteen primitives, the building blocks of judgement turned into infrastructure. Signed covenants. Sleep locks on irreversible calls. Reversibility scores. Outcome reminders at 30, 90 and 365 days. A weekly mirror that shows you how you actually decided.
The age of the dashboard is ending. We hope you spend it deciding things you can defend in a year. That is what Kauzio is for.
