Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password and API keys confidential. Tell us immediately at security@kauzio.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Paid plans renew automatically — monthly or annually depending on what you select at checkout. Halo and Lumi have Free tiers you can use without paying; Pulse starts on a paid plan. You can cancel a paid plan any time and it stays active until the end of the current billing period; no partial-period refunds are issued except under the money-back guarantee below. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Auto-renewal. Your plan renews automatically on the same date each month or year. We will send a renewal reminder by email at least 7 days before the renewal date for annual plans. To cancel, go to Settings → Billing or email hello@kauzio.com at least 24 hours before renewal.

Money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, contact us at hello@kauzio.com for a full refund within the first 7 days of a monthly plan or the first 14 days of an annual plan. This applies once per customer and does not apply to renewals or plan upgrades.

Price changes. We will announce price increases at least 30 days in advance by email to your account address and via an in-app notification. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful
• Resell or sublicense the Service without written consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the engines
• Upload other people's data without lawful basis
• Abuse the AI features to spam, defraud, or generate harmful content

Anything you upload is your data. You grant us a limited licence to process it for the purpose of providing the Service. We never use your business data to train shared models.

Kauzio's engines surface analysis, recommendations and verdicts, but decisions are made by humans. Outputs are not financial, legal, medical or professional advice. Decision Certificates are cryptographic records of a decision and its inputs. useful for audit trails, not warranties.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for paid plans (excluding scheduled maintenance). Free tiers come with best-effort availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance. Outages and incidents are posted at status.kauzio.com.

Force majeure. Kauzio is not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, civil disorder, pandemic, internet infrastructure outages, or the failure of third-party cloud providers (including AWS, Render, or Cloudflare).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kauzio Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the Service in violation of any law; or (c) data you upload that infringes any third-party right or violates any applicable regulation.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Data & Privacy. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable. Following deletion, personal data is retained for up to 30 days for account recovery, then removed from active systems; backup copies are purged within 90 days. The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Kauzio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid in that period.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
