How is my data used?

Your data stays yours. We never sell it, never use it to train shared models, never share it with third parties. AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. You can export or delete everything from Settings.

Yes. Kauzio uses purchasing power parity pricing so it stays affordable from Lagos to London. Prices are automatically shown in your local currency.

What is a decision receipt?

Every answer Kauzio gives gets a signed receipt. It shows how the call was made and proves it has not been changed. Handy for audits, board meetings and investor checks.

Do you offer SOC 2 / GDPR / DPA?

We are UK GDPR compliant and registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (registration C1940670). SOC 2 Type II controls are in progress. Enterprise customers get a signed DPA. Contact hello@kauzio.com for security documentation.

How do I know if a Kauzio decision actually worked?

When you act on a decision, Kauzio captures a snapshot of your before-state. Then we check in at 30, 60, 90 and 365 days and ask: did this work, did it partly work, did it not work, or is it too early. We record the actual outcome, sign it, and append it to the decision certificate. Real outcomes carry more weight than user feedback when the system learns. You can see what actually happened on the public verify URL for any decision.

How accurate is Kauzio?

We measure it, we do not just claim it. Every night Kauzio works out a success rate, how far off we were on average, and a 0 to 100 score for how well-tuned we are in your sector (today, retail and hospitality). Your dashboard shows the real numbers from your own decisions as the results come in. The accuracy you see uses your real numbers, not a marketing claim.

Can I verify a decision certificate without an account?

Yes. Every Kauzio receipt has a public verify link. Anyone with the link can see the original signed decision and every follow-up (the 30, 60, 90 and 365 day check-ins). Each one has its own signed stamp you can check on its own.

Do my decisions get shared with other businesses?

Accepted Answer

No. We never share your business or personal data. On Growth and above, Kauzio can show anonymous stats from similar decisions in your sector. For example, "out of N similar calls, X percent worked, off by Y percent on average". The numbers are grouped so no single business can be picked out. No names, no IDs, no personal info, just totals.
